Things worth knowing before you begin.
If you have questions that aren't addressed here, our team is happy to help directly.
Do I need prior financial knowledge to join a programme?
No prior knowledge is assumed for any of our programmes. Each one begins from foundational concepts and builds progressively. The pace is yours to set — the content is designed to be genuinely accessible.
Are the programmes delivered in person or online?
We offer both formats. In-person sessions take place at our Robinson Road office in Singapore. Online sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. You can discuss your preference when you enquire.
How many participants are in each programme?
We keep group sizes small — typically four to eight participants — to maintain a thoughtful, interactive atmosphere. This allows the facilitator to address your specific context rather than delivering generic content.
What is the payment arrangement?
Payment is typically made in full before the programme begins. For longer engagements such as the Estate and Legacy Structuring service, a two-instalment arrangement can be discussed. We accept bank transfer and PayNow.
Is my personal financial information kept confidential?
Completely. Any information you share during advisory sessions or consultations is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share, distribute, or use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the service you've enrolled in.
Can I reschedule or pause a programme mid-way?
We understand that circumstances change. Rescheduling individual sessions is straightforward with sufficient notice. If you need to pause entirely, speak with us — we'll work out a sensible arrangement that respects your situation.
