1. About Us

Fundara is a financial education practice registered in Singapore, operating from 71 Robinson Road, #08-02, Singapore 068895. We provide structured educational programmes on personal finance topics to individuals in Singapore. We are not a licensed financial adviser and do not provide regulated financial advice under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110).

2. Nature of Our Services

All content, materials, and sessions delivered by Fundara are educational in nature. Our programmes are designed to improve financial literacy and equip participants with analytical frameworks and general knowledge. Nothing communicated by Fundara — verbally, in writing, or through any materials — constitutes:

Participants are encouraged to seek independent regulated advice before making financial or legal decisions. For our Estate and Legacy Structuring programme, referrals to qualified legal professionals are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a legal engagement between you and Fundara.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above who are residents of or located in Singapore. By enrolling in a programme or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. Fundara reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.

4. Enrolment and Payment

4.1 Enrolment Process

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Fundara. Submission of an enquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a binding enrolment until confirmed in writing by us.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current programme fees are:

Fundara reserves the right to revise programme fees. Any changes will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.

4.3 Payment

Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your enrolment. We accept payment via bank transfer and such other methods as communicated at the time of enrolment. Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details on our systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Participant

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

5.2 Cancellation by Fundara

Fundara reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme in exceptional circumstances, including where minimum participant numbers are not reached. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Fundara, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

5.3 Missed Sessions

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a catch-up option, subject to availability. Missed sessions do not entitle a participant to a partial refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to participants — including slides, toolkits, spreadsheets, written summaries, and any other programme content — are the intellectual property of Fundara. These materials are licensed to participants for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

7. Participant Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful and constructive learning environment for all participants. By enrolling, you agree to:

Fundara reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, or otherwise contrary to a productive learning environment.

8.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Fundara website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disrupt, or impair its operation, or in a manner that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of applicable Singapore law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content. Programme details, fees, and schedules are subject to change. Always confirm current details with us directly before making a decision.

8.3 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only. Fundara does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Fundara shall not be liable for:

They are not indicative of typical outcomes for all participants. Results vary based on individual circumstances, prior knowledge, and application of concepts learned.

11. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data in connection with our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By engaging with Fundara, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
